SHIPPING POLICY
our processing time of your orders is 3 - 5 business days after receiving of your payment and all other necessary data like accurate adress, etc.

our packages will be sent out in simple paper box using a regular post (SERPOST or peruvian post)
only one product we are still sending out in its original package, all others will be sent out in our PUREdePERU package and marked as tea

each package will have its tracking number that will be added to your order as soon it will be dispatched, so you can always check out its status

as soon your package will be shipped out, you will receive a mail stating the tracking of your package
if this should not be the case, please make a contact, so we can make an update

tracking number is international tracking number that can be followed via any tracking page, system or app

estimated delivery time to europe is about 2 weeks and to other countries up to 4 weeks (possible custom checks not included)
